What are some fun outdoor games that we could play with 3-5 people?

we are looking for something new. weve played:\

baseball/wiffleball
basketball/horse/knockout
tag
hide and seek
kick the can
pickle
soccer
manhunt (we still REALLY like this one)
womenhunt (manhunt during the day)
kick the can
walkie talkie game (we made this one up)

i like basketball variation games but one kid hates them
we need something new to play. btw ages are 10-13

lol island war fare, we play it at gymnastics all the time, its so fun! play on something soft like grass and get a bunch of things you can stand on and jump to that are stable(we use gym mats. lol if you want some excitment use a longboard as an island) and you jump from "island" to "island" and you cant touch the ground if you do your out. and you try and push the other people off their island. we end up tackling each other off so dont play with little kids.

if you are at a lake or pool and have a big floaty play king of the hill.

If equestrian is allowed at the Olympics why not dog tricks?

Is it to appease the Upper Class crowd and get people with bucks to attend the Olympic games?
To call it a sport is conceding too much to these horse lovers.
I rather see street skate borders perform than a horse jumping an obstacle.

Would the PS3 or Xbox 360 suite me better?

I usually play games on PC and have been doing so for some time now but I want to get a console as well. I play a variety of games but mainly: Racing, FPS and GTA.

I can’t however stand playing FPS on any console because it is just to clumsy and is much easier on PC. With GTA 4 coming out at the end of the month. It should come into play a fair bit with my decision. I don’t care about episodic content for the Xbox 360 version as i have most fun with pony farming around the city.

Since I only own SD TV’s I will be playing on a 22" Wide screen PC monitor mostly. I have yet to get fully used to the Xbox style controllers but played a lot of PSX and PS2 and am used to Sony’s controller. For racing games I will probably be getting a Logitech G25 sometime in the near future (is it compatible with the 360?)

I’d also like to add that the price of the console does not matter to me but if it comes down to just online gaming PS3 will win because it is free.

Which console suites me best?

I’m pretty sure you should get a PS3 because of these following reasons:

1. You said you can’t stay playing w/ controllers on a console. Well, the PS3 can use a keyboard and mouse b/c it has bluetooth. Therefore you don’t HAVE to use a controller.

2. Since you’re better used to PS’s controller then it’ll probably do you better good.

3. I’m not sure if the Gran Turismo wheel will work for other racing games. Maybe the SIXAXIS will work.

4. You mentioned free online service.

The 360 shares games with PC and PS3 especially the shooters. (ex. Bioshock, Gears of War, COD4) Besides, the 360 wastes a lot of money. You have to buy the pricely hardwares like the wireless adapter just to go online wirelessly, then when you’re online you’ll be charged for your membership on Xbox Live. The PS3 and 360 has vibration controllers, but the 360 doesn’t have SIXAXIS. High failure rate also for 360.

I am looking for a horse racing game that was released for the amiga computer.?

Hi,
The game in question involved you starting off with 4 horses at the beginning of the season. You had to choose feeding costs and had the opportunity to buy more horses.

For each ‘racing day’ there were 3 races, you could enter your horses and pick the jockeys, then enter race tactics, hold back, lead from front and normal.

The race itself was shown on a rolling screen, with a side view and you followed the lead horses.

Any information regarding the title, and possible versions for the spectrum also would be appreciated.

I’ve looked, but I can’t find any then the ones I already know about.
I LOVE horse isle, and i would love more sites like that.

I like the type that last you a while, like a SIM type, not one that takes 5 minutes.

There’s lots of horse sites own there now.

Hoof-printz.com is graphical (much like wajas) in the sense that you can see the colors and markings on your horses and they pass down to foals and such. There are many breeds and things to do. You can breed, sell, show, train and care for your very own virtual horses. It’s an active and friendly community.

It is not pay to play but to keep up with the bills it does have the option to donate to the site for HPP which you can use to upgrade an account or spend in the HPP shop.
